Do you need the original document to supply a certified translation?

You don’t need to send a hard copy of the document, just a soft copy. We just need a clear, legible scan or photo of the document you want translated. We will attach a printout of your source document to the translation, and this meets the criteria of the Home Office (UKVI), Passport Office, university visa applications and many others.

For some sworn or notarised translations, we may require your originals. We will let you know about this in advance.

Will my documents be treated confidentially?

As soon as you get in touch with us, your translation request will be handled with strict confidentiality. Our Confidentiality Policy can be read here. We can also sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement, if required.
We are part of Translate Fast, who as Corporate Members of the ITI, are bound by the ITI Code of Professional Conduct available for viewing or download here. Additionally, our translation and confidentiality practices are regularly audited internally and externally, as we are ISO 1700:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certified by the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) – language service providers in the UK and abroad are represented by this professional membership association.

Is there a minimum charge?

There is a minimum charge for small orders. This is £49.00, less than half the cost of many other translation agencies’ minimum fees! It also helps to keep translation costs low for customers who need to translate multiple documents.
