Biography
A time-served court interpreter, simultaneous interpreter, translator and Chartered Linguist with a background working for the Metropolitan Police. In 2007, I decided to start my business and work as a full-time linguist, incorporating the qualities that mattered most to me personally.

Sworn Polish Translations
A Sworn Translator is a professional translator who has been certified by the government to provide accurate translations of official documents. The Polish Ministry of Justice certifies sworn Polish Translators. These Translators have passed the government’s rigorous tests and background checks and have the necessary qualifications to provide accurate and reliable translations of documents and other materials.
In what circumstances is a sworn translation required?
Any documents from the registry office, official letters, and other documents requiring a sworn translation should be translated by one of these Linguists. The list extends to powers of attorney, birth, marriage or death certificates, as well as court decisions or notarial deeds. Sworn translations are legally binding documents that require specialized knowledge of the language and culture of the country in which the document was created. A highly qualified Sworn Translator is the only person capable of duly translating these types of documents.
You will need a Sworn Translator whenever a document needs to bear the seal of a Sworn Translator. This can be for your appointment at the Polish Consulate or before your trip to Poland. Documents that require the seal of a Sworn Translator often include birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, school transcripts and other official documents. These documents must be translated accurately in order for them to be accepted by the relevant authorities.
